When Lee Tang, a directionless college grad working part-time at a convenience store, accidentally kills a rude customer one night, his world turns upside down, only to discover his victim was actually a serial killer. 

Struggling with guilt and fear, Tang realizes he has a strange ability: he can sense which people are truly evil. This new power leads him down a dark path where he begins targeting those he deems deserving of death. 

Meanwhile, Detective Jang Nan-gam is a relentless investigator drawn into a murder case that seems to lead him ever closer to Tang, setting up a tense cat-and-mouse game. 

Complicating things is Song Chon, a former detective who pursues Tang on his own terms, adding another layer of pressure and mystery to Tang’s journey. 

Why 4/5?

Strengths: The premise is bold and morally complex. Tang’s transformation from ordinary man to vigilante and the tension with Nan-gam keep you invested.

Weaknesses: Some characters feel a bit underdeveloped, and the pacing drags in parts. At times, the shifting morality leans a little too vague.

Standout moment: When Tang’s internal conflict reaches breaking point, questioning whether he’s a hero or monster, that ambiguity hits hard.
