Younger Me 🥰🥲 My story!

I absolutely love this trend. My name is Grace and I grew up an amazing family. I have two brothers Gus and Thomas and a loving mom and a dad. I was a lucky girl growing up and had an amazing family. Though my parents divorced when I was in fourth grade. It was messy but my parents did their best to give us an amazing life. I grew up, loving sports like Irish dance lacrosse and field hockey. I was obsessed with Justin Bieber and music. I was bullied in middle and high school but made the best of it by doing things I enjoyed and keeping to myself. Now, I live with my boyfriend, have a dog and just got an amazing job!

Growing up involves navigating through various challenges and opportunities that shape who we become. For many, including myself, family plays a crucial role in providing support during tough times. The experience of my parents’ divorce in fourth grade was a pivotal moment. Though it was challenging, my brothers and I learned resilience. In addition to familial support, pursuing passions such as sports and music provided an outlet for personal expression. Whether it was the rhythm of Irish dance or the excitement of lacrosse, these activities helped mitigate the impact of bullying experienced throughout middle and high school. Now, as I enjoy life with my boyfriend and cherish moments with our dog, I feel a deep appreciation for my journey. Reflecting on my younger self, I realize the importance of taking pride in one's journey, embracing both the struggles and victories, and encouraging others to do the same. Sharing stories connects us, bridging gaps and illuminating diverse experiences. Let's celebrate our journeys together!
