As an owner of a yoga studio in Cleveland, I emphasize the importance of physical activity as a form of self-care. The journey toward obtaining my Pilates certification has been rewarding, offering new insights into different forms of exercise that promote both physical strength and mental well-being. Dogs play an integral role in my life, and I cherish moments with my two pups—Chief & Pudge. They keep me active and remind me that joy can come from simple daily walks or playtime at the park. In my professional life, working in PR allows me to creatively express my passion for wellness while helping others amplify their voices.
