WHAT I EAT IN A DAY FOR FAT LOSS

One thing about me, I’m GOING to achieve the goals I set my mind to in a sustainable and healthy way to maintain progress in the long run.

As always; what works for me may not work for you. This is why I never post my caloric intake! It is completely subjective to me and my goals, and irrelevant to yours.

The reason I post these is for INSPIRATION. I want to show you that you can enjoy all foods in moderation while still losing fat.

That being said, one rule I have for myself is to hit my protein goal EVERY DAY, at the minimum amount of 1g/protein, per lb of bodyweight. This ensures that I am maintaining if not building lean mass in my cut!

Snack 1: coffee because of obvious reasons

Meal 1: protein oats with banana and peanut butter

Meal 2: salad with chicken, avocado, cucumber, bell pepper, pumpkin seeds and carrot, topped with dressing and balsamic glaze

Snack 2: rice cakes with peanut butter and honey

Meal 3: tuna melts

Snack 4: Lindt chocolates

After this day I felt satisfied and fuelled even while being in a deficit! This is always the goal!

... Read moreIncorporating a variety of nutrient-dense foods can enhance your fat loss journey. For instance, focusing on high-protein meals like protein oats (40g protein) and salads loaded with ingredients like chicken, avocado, and pumpkin seeds (60g protein) can help maintain muscle while in a caloric deficit. Snacks like rice cakes with peanut butter and honey (8g protein) offer energy and satisfaction. Don't forget lean protein sources such as tuna, which can be creatively used in recipes like tuna melts (47g protein). Remember, nutrition should be about balance and enjoyment. Engage with your meals by experimenting with new flavors and combinations, which can make healthy eating a delightful experience rather than a chore. Stay inspired and motivated on your journey to wellness!
