THE WORKOUT:
- 3x8 B-stance glute bridge
- 2xAMRAP KAS glute bridge
- 3x8-10 Dumbbell Bulgarian split squats
- 3x6-8 decline leg press
- 3x10-12 hyperextensions
- 3x20 (total steps) walking lunges
Remember to take your time and focus on one rep at a time. It’s not about how much you can lift, but how WELL you can lift it that matters.
