WHAT’S IN MY GYM BAG?
My gym bag is basically my portable survival kit, especially on leg day. My tripod is not just for filming, but so I can actually check my form without awkwardly balancing my phone on a dumbbell or water bottle. My barbell pad is non-negotiable…hip thrusts without it? More like torture. Headphones are my little bubble of peace so I can fully tune out the world and focus, and lifting straps/ankle straps make heavy days so much smoother. Hair ties and a claw clip live in there too, because nothing’s worse than hair in your face mid-set. Simple, but these are the things I’d never walk into the gym without.
