Someone recently asked why are we always shopping ? The truth is we aren’t 😆 this is our form of exercise. My daughter hates any physical activity including walking. If I tell her we are going to walk a trail she will have a complete meltdown, and exhibit behaviors the whole time but if I tell her we are going to the stores(I don’t say shopping unless we are are buying something) she will gladly go and walk long periods of time without the meltdown. We do what works best for us! and since we live in the desert we definitely try to do indoor activities or anything with water.
