Bringing this character to life was an absolute blast, and I learned so much along the way. If you're thinking of tackling a Sir Pentious cosplay yourself, I'm here to share some of my tips and tricks! The first thing everyone notices about Sir Pentious is his incredible hat! Crafting this was probably the most challenging but rewarding part of the whole 'sir pentious costume'. I aimed for that distinctive dark grey hat with gold accents. Getting the shape right was crucial, and sourcing the perfect pair of steampunk-esque goggles to attach really brought it all together. There are so many ways to approach this – you could modify a fedora or even construct it from EVA foam. Don't forget the eye-catching gold details to make the 'sir pentious hat' pop! His outfit is so dapper yet villainous! I focused on finding a sharp pinstripe jacket that captured his classic demon overlord vibe.
