Hey everyone! After diving deep into Battlefield 6's Redsec Battle Royale and even the Conquest mode free trial, I've picked up some awesome tips I wish I knew when I started. Those clips I shared? They didn't just happen by luck! I've been experimenting with different loadouts and strategies to really dominate, and I want to share what's been working for me. First off, in Redsec, map awareness is absolutely key. I always try to SPOT ENEMIES as soon as I see them – it helps my team immensely. Communication with your squad, even if you're just pinging locations, can turn the tide of a fight. I've had so many moments where a well-timed ping led to a SQUAD WIPE. Don't be afraid to stick together, especially when pushing objectives or trying to grab some good loot from STORAGE areas. I've found that having one person focus on scouting, maybe with a Recon Drone, while the others push, is super effective. Now, about those 'meta guns' for Redsec. While personal preference plays a big role, I've had incredible success with a fast-firing assault rifle for close to medium engagements, especially in urban areas or around CHEMICAL STORAGE. For those long-range picks, a solid sniper rifle is a must. The feeling of landing a perfect HEADSHOT from hundreds of meters away? Unbeatable! I've also found that keeping an ARMOR PLATE on hand is a lifesaver. You never know when you'll need that extra protection to survive a tough skirmish and get a quick RELOAD in. My strategy often involves trying to secure high ground early on. It gives you an incredible advantage for spotting incoming enemies and planning your next move. For instance, in one of my recent Redsec matches, I managed to get to a rooftop near a key SPEARHEAD zone. From there, I could pick off several opponents, including a duo named 'Artemis_Antrel' and 'RknAeptar' (seriously, their names stick with you after a good fight!), who were trying to flank my team. It resulted in a massive push for us. And for those of you who might be new to Battlefield 6 or just giving the Redsec free trial a spin, don't get discouraged by early losses. Every match is a learning experience. Try different classes, experiment with gadgets, and find what suits your playstyle. My 5-kill sniper spree in Conquest mode during the free trial was a culmination of practicing my aim and understanding bullet drop. It's all about patience and knowing when to take that shot. What are your favorite Redsec strategies or 'meta guns'? Share your thoughts below! Let's help each other dominate the battlefield.
