I’m a third year in college, I know everyone most likely dreads studying. As a healthcare major I love incorporating some sort of fun/ relaxation when I study so most of the time I will play a podcast/ listen to music to help me stay in the zone. To relax even while studying- Lately I’ve also been drinking Spearmint tea for its amazing health benefits!
