What I wore in Oahu, Hawaii ☀️🌴

... Read moreSo many of you asked about my outfits from Oahu, and I’m excited to share more tips on how to build your perfect Hawaii wardrobe, especially if you're looking for trendy and budget-friendly options! When I packed for my first Oahu trip, I really wanted pieces that were versatile, comfortable, and, of course, super stylish for all the amazing sights we were going to see. For those incredible beach days and poolside lounging, bikinis are an absolute must-have. I brought a few different styles – from a vibrant colorful floral bikini perfect for splashing in the clear blue ocean near Diamond Head, to a fun stars and stripes bikini for soaking up the sun by the hotel pool. I also loved my blue and white floral bikini; it felt so fresh and summery. When you’re shopping for swimwear, look for pieces that make you feel confident and comfortable. There are so many fantastic online options that offer trendy designs at great prices, similar to what you might find on popular fashion websites. Don't be afraid to mix and match tops and bottoms to create unique looks! Beyond the beach, Oahu has so much to explore, and you'll want outfits that can keep up. For hiking up to scenic overlooks, like the one at Diamond Head, my orange and pink patterned athletic set was a lifesaver. It was breathable and allowed for easy movement while still looking cute for photos. For more casual sightseeing, like visiting Pearl Harbor or strolling through town, I found a chic white dress or a comfortable tropical print matching dress set to be perfect. They’re easy to throw on, keep you cool, and look effortlessly stylish. And for those slightly dressier casual evenings or exploring places like the Valley of Temples, a cute red crop top and matching skirt or a red floral print one-shoulder top and shorts set were fantastic choices. They offered a bit more coverage but still felt very much like vacation wear. My top tip for finding these kinds of trendy Hawaii outfits without breaking the bank? Keep an eye out for sales and check out online retailers that offer a huge variety of styles. You can often find pieces inspired by celebrity looks or high-end designers for a fraction of the cost. It’s all about finding what makes you feel amazing while exploring paradise! Don't forget essentials like a wide-brimmed hat, comfortable sandals, and plenty of reef-safe sunscreen to complete your island look.
