From my personal journey with self-love, I've come to understand that it goes far beyond just feeling good on the outside. It's about the quiet moments when you choose not to be harsh on yourself despite feeling drained or overwhelmed. Incorporating these habits, including brief moments of prayer or meditation, as the OCR text references, has fostered a sense of inner calm and worthiness. Throughout my postpartum period, acknowledging changes in my body without judgment was vital—acknowledging fatigue and giving myself permission to rest became forms of respect and love. Ultimately, this episode on Day 2 highlights that self-love isn't waiting for external validation but choosing to be kind and present with yourself even when no one else notices. These real-life actions help sustain our mental and physical health, making self-love a continual source of strength and resilience.
