encuentras paz, seguridad y descanso 🤍
📖 Hebreos 12:2
“Puestos los ojos en Jesús, el autor y consumador de la fe.”
A veces no necesitas que todo cambie…
solo necesitas volver a mirar a Dios ✨

In my personal journey, I have found that peace truly begins where I set my gaze. Life’s challenges often tempt us to fixate on disappointments in people or stressful situations, which only increases anxiety and unrest. Over time, I realized that the key to enduring peace was to intentionally redirect my focus toward God. The verse from Hebrews 12:2 speaks deeply to me: 'Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.' This practice of spiritual focus isn’t about ignoring reality but about choosing where I place my trust and attention. When I concentrate on God’s promises and His unchanging nature, I experience a profound sense of calm and assurance that circumstances cannot shake. For instance, during particularly difficult seasons, such as uncertain career changes or personal losses, I found that pausing to pray and meditate on God’s word helped me regain perspective. Instead of swirling in anxiety over situations beyond my control, I found rest knowing that God is my refuge and strength. This approach also encourages resilience. By keeping my eyes on Jesus, I feel empowered to face adversities with confidence rather than fear. It becomes a source of continual spiritual renewal, fostering peace that transcends external turmoil. Additionally, this mindset shift promotes healthier relationships because it reduces expectations and disappointments in others. Focusing on God teaches patience, forgiveness, and unconditional love, which improves interpersonal dynamics. In summary, where you place your gaze profoundly impacts your peace. Choosing to look to God daily anchors your soul and fills you with peace, security, and rest that the world cannot offer. I encourage anyone feeling overwhelmed to try this practice of spiritual focus and share it with those seeking comfort and hope.
