Yes we did name her after the book character hehe. I loved the books and the movie when i was younger. My entire life is centered around my love for reading. We thought it was only fitting to get her a yellow collar too.
My fiancé had a Lab when he was younger that he adored and has always wanted another. Now that we bought our first home and have 3 acres with a good portion fenced in we figured it was time. She is a 8 week old black lab that we brought home 4 days ago now. We haven't had her long but we are definitely in love with her. She's already potty trained and is such a sweetie. Her older brother (our almost 5 year old shih zu) is still getting use to her being around but he's opening up as well. We can't wait to see how she grows and are excited to teach her about the world but learn with her as well.💛
