lotus is a chinese restaurant located in pittsburgh KS (there first location), as well as in fort scott KS, and joplin MO (they might have more locations but those are the ones i know of!
we don’t stop here often (cause we don’t exactly live close by) but every time we do the food is phenomenal! i can’t recommend it enough if your even in any of the areas it’s in!
i got the steak and shrimp fried rice and it was to die for! it is so flavorful and delicious! 10/10!!
