Project pan progress and rebuys? (Mar.)
Y’all this was my favorite month of products so far! Did have to buy some more intense things for my skin because I started having a reaction to something (idk what) but yay so far!
In my March project pan journey, I found that truly finishing products brings a sense of accomplishment and clarity about what my skin really needs. For example, the Beloved Lavender & Chamomile Body Cream was a standout for relaxation after work. Although it wasn’t ideal for very dry skin because of its lighter texture, its calming scent made it a ritual I looked forward to. This taught me that sometimes scent and feel can elevate a product’s overall appeal, even if the texture isn’t perfect. Another favorite was the peppermint shampoo, which I appreciated for its refreshing qualities and scalp conditioning benefits. I did wish for a larger bottle though, as the hotel-size was a bit limiting. This highlights how packaging size can influence product satisfaction, especially for frequent users. The City of Love Hand & Body Cream was ideal for winter months due to its nourishing scent and effectiveness, but I had to cut the container open to get every last bit out, a reminder of how product design can impact usability. Lastly, the Ardenia Exfoliating Body Scrub was delightful with its scent and gentle exfoliation; however, the separation issue when water got inside pointed out the importance of stable formulations and packaging for travel-friendly products. Overall, this month reinforced the idea that project pan isn't just about using up products—it's an eye-opening experience to understand what truly works for your skin in terms of texture, scent, and packaging. If you’re on your own skincare decluttering or project pan, I recommend paying close attention to these factors to refine your collection and enjoy what you use daily.
