Come to work with me: Life of a Caretaker
My 60-year-old cousin is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. We grew up together she’s only 6 years older than me. I am now her caregiver while her husband goes to work during the week.
The last couple of days have been rough. She’s been hallucinating and will not sit down she just follows me or walks around looking at the floor.
If you are or have been a caregiver before. Please share your experiences that might help me and help someone else 😍#letschat #lemon8comment

I was a CNA for 10 years! It’s such a hard but rewarding job. I loved it, but I also went home crying sometimes as well. It was rough, getting to know, patient’s, and then them passing. That was the hardest part of my job as a caretaker..
