“Cheesy” Vegan pizza
Tonight I made the most “cheesiest” and crispy veggie pizza. I fried garlic and zucchini in olive oil while I cut slice of red pepper and black olives. I also had some tofu strips to place around. I topped the pizza crusts with some tomato sauce and seasoned with parsley, oregano, basil and salt and pepper. I used some “mozzarella” cheese from violife and some Greek style cubes from nurishh. Next I placed the toppings and topped with some “parmigiana” and more seasonings. I baked them near the bottom of the oven for 15 minutes. Once it looked toasty and melty I turned off the oven and let it settle before serving.
I think this was the tastiest home made vegan pizza I’ve had so far!

Vegan pizza has gained popularity among plant-based eaters and flexitarians, and for good reason. Using dairy-free cheese options like Violife mozzarella and Nurishh cubes not only allows for creamy textures but also caters to lactose-intolerant individuals. Incorporating seasonal vegetables like zucchini, red peppers, and olives not only enhances the flavor but also adds valuable nutrients. Spice up your pizza with fresh herbs such as basil, oregano, and parsley for an aromatic experience. Additionally, consider exploring different dough options, like cauliflower crust or a chickpea base, which can complement the vegan ingredients beautifully and provide a unique twist. Pairing this homemade pizza with a refreshing salad or a side of roasted vegetables can elevate your meal. Whether for a quick dinner or a gathering with friends, this cheesy vegan pizza is sure to impress and satisfy all pizza lovers!
