Homemade pizza in under 15 minutes
This low-carb tortilla pizza is one of my favorite quick meal hacks! It’s crispy, cheesy, customizable, and perfect when I want pizza without ordering takeout. You can also pair it with ranch or blue cheese for extra flavor. 😌
What you’ll need
🍕 1 low-carb tortilla
🍕 Marinara or pizza sauce
🍕 Shredded mozzarella cheese
🍕 Pepperoni or your favorite toppings
🍕 Garlic and herb seasoning
🥣Optional: ranch or blue cheese for dipping
How to make it:
1. Place the tortilla on a lined baking sheet or oven-safe pan.
2. Spread a thin layer of marinara over the tortilla.
3. Add shredded mozzarella and season to taste.
4. Add pepperoni or your preferred toppings.
5. Bake at until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy. I broiled it on high for 10 minutes. This is also airfryer friendly!
The tortilla I used has 4g net carbs per crust, but the nutritional information for the complete pizza will depend on your sauce, cheese, and toppings.

I’ve found that using a low-carb tortilla as the base for this pizza not only keeps the carbs low (around 4g net carbs per crust), but also allows for a wonderfully crispy texture when baked or air-fried. One trick I learned is to use a high-quality marinara sauce, as it really makes a difference in flavor without adding too many calories or carbs. Trader Joe’s and CarbCounter marinara sauces are great options I’ve tried and liked for this recipe. When adding cheese, shredded mozzarella works best for melting and that classic pizza stretchiness, but you can also mix in a bit of shredded cheddar or parmesan to create a richer taste. As for seasoning, sprinkling some garlic and herb seasoning with sea salt and lemon zest elevates the flavor profile and adds a nice zing that complements the toppings. I typically broil the pizza on high for about 10 minutes to get the edges browned and crispy, but using an air fryer is a convenient alternative that cuts down on oven preheating time. It’s also helpful to line your baking sheet with parchment paper or use a non-stick surface to prevent the tortilla from sticking and make cleanup easier. Customizing your pizza is simple and fun—try swapping pepperoni for grilled chicken, sautéed mushrooms, or fresh spinach for variety and added nutrients. Pairing your pizza with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing is a delicious way to add moisture and an extra layer of creamy flavor. Overall, this low-carb tortilla pizza hack is a lifesaver on busy nights when I want a satisfying meal that’s quick, easy, and adaptable to whatever ingredients I have on hand. If you enjoy experimenting with flavors and need a speedy dinner option, I highly recommend giving this recipe a try!
