I'm Natalie! I'm new here and want to connect over Yoga, Mindfulness and all things crestive. I'm also a wife to a sweet guy, as well as mom to two energetic kids and a terrier who has major cat energy. Yoga happened to me during military service. What became as a way to protect rest expanded into play, freedom, and connection.

Yoga helped me navigate the other side of injury recovery and find overlap between all the activities I enjoy, and relate to loved ones even more.
