A day in the life of a college student
Enjoy a day in my life of a college student! Please note that this is not an every day occurrence and that I am posting a productive day - you will most likely have great days AND lazy days and that’s ok as long as you find a balance. Always challenge yourself and don’t be afraid to test healthy habits to see which lifestyle fits you the most. Here are a few questions that I like to ask myself:
Am I a morning or night person?
What time of day do I feel the most focused?
What time do I need to go to bed in order to get a full nights rest?
What workouts should I incorporate into my routine in order to reduce stress?
What am I feeding myself on the daily and is that healthy?
Am I getting enough sun throughout the day (vitamin D is IMPORTANT!!)

A typical day in the life of a college student can be both exciting and demanding. It's essential to establish a morning routine that helps you start your day on the right foot. For instance, if you wake up at 6:30 AM, begin with a refreshing breakfast smoothie that fuels your energy for classes. Engaging in physical activities is crucial; try incorporating workouts such as gym sessions or yoga that not only keep you fit but also relieve stress. Time management is key in balancing academic responsibilities and social engagements. Use tools like planners or apps to schedule your tasks, ensuring you allocate time for homework, lectures, and relaxation. Whether you prefer studying in a library or at home, find a quiet spot that minimizes distractions. Don't forget the importance of social interaction; connect with friends through clubs or study groups, making your college experience fulfilling. Lastly, ensure you're practicing self-care throughout the day. Questions like: 'Am I getting enough sunlight?' or 'What nutritious foods am I consuming?' are vital. Consider how these elements affect your performance and wellbeing. Living a well-rounded lifestyle during college sets a foundation for future habits. By asking questions and adjusting as needed, you cultivate a lasting positive impact on your daily life.
