Biking through the tulip and hyacinth fields in Noordwijkerhout, South Holland was hands down one of the most magical things I’ve ever done. I went in mid April, right at peak bloom. I rented a bike from Have Fun Events, which made it super easy to spend the whole day cruising through endless rows of flowers🌷🌼🪻

A few tips if you’re planning a trip:

🕰️ Timing is everything. Aim for around April 10-25 (it changes slightly each year).

🌅 Go early or at golden hour for dreamy light and fewer crowds.

🥨 Pack snacks, there are so many pretty spots to stop for a picnic along the way.

📍 Noordwijkerhout is in South Holland, about 30-40 minutes from Amsterdam or Haarlem, and it’s way less crowded than Lisse or Keukenhof but just as stunning.
