Yum Woon Sen (Thai Glass Noodle Salad)

Ingredients

• 100 g glass noodles (mung bean vermicelli)

• 100 g minced pork

• 5–6 shrimp, peeled

• 1–2 Thai sausages or ham slices, cut

• 1 tomato, sliced

• ½ onion, sliced

• 2 stalks celery, chopped

• 2–3 tbsp fish sauce

• 2–3 tbsp lime juice

• 1–2 tbsp chili paste or chopped fresh chili

• 1 tsp sugar

Instructions😍

1. Soak glass noodles in warm water 5–10 mins, drain.

2. Blanch noodles, shrimp, and sausage in boiling water briefly.

3. Cook minced pork until done.

4. In a large bowl, mix fish sauce, lime juice, chili, and sugar.

5. Toss noodles, pork, shrimp, sausage, tomato, onion, and celery with the dressing.

6. Serve fresh and spicy.
