February is a hard month for me. Tomorrow makes two years since my dad died, then just over a week later would have been his birthday. I don’t necessarily stay current on this challenge during this time, but I’m still trying to continue looking for the good each day. 34: a good morning ubering.

It isn’t easy at all but you get used to it. Mistakes are meant to happen, remember, it’s not the food but heart condition. I have taken two trips during this time and I am thankful for all those who have been so considerate enough to consider my diet. I can say that I am hardly bloated though.
