🥣 Ingredients 🥣
- 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese (blended smooth)
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
- ¼ cup crumbled feta
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1 cup cooked spinach (fully squeezed dry)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes
For the top
- Extra crumbled feta
- Extra shredded mozzarella

📝 Instructions 📝
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth
3. Whisk in egg, Greek yogurt, cheeses, spinach, artichokes, and seasonings
4. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with tin foil
5. Bake 20 minutes
6. Remove foil, add extra feta + mozzarella
7. Broil uncovered for 5 minutes until golden and bubbly
8. Cool slightly & enjoy 🤍
