My Top Cafes in Connecticut
These are some of the best Cafes Ive been to in Connecticut. Definitely worth checking out. My favorite out of these is by far Sift in Mystic, CT.. Second would have to be NV Bakery. Both small cafes, both are equal in quality with different seasonal pastries to offer
4. Plasko's Farm Creamery & Cafe
Let me know which places you like the best!!
In Connecticut, the cafe culture is vibrant and filled with unique spots that cater to both local residents and visitors. For coffee aficionados, one of the highlight destinations is Sift Bake Shop located in Mystic. This café stands out not just for its high-quality artisan pastries but also for its warm, inviting ambiance that encourages guests to linger over their coffees. Sift Bake Shop has become a favorite for many, offering seasonal specials that rotate throughout the year, ensuring there's always something new to try. Another gem in the area is NV Bakery & Market. Known for its blend of bakery items and a market that showcases local produce and goods, NV Bakery is more than just a cafe; it's a community hub where visitors can taste freshly baked items paired with fresh local products. From coffee to pastries, every item is crafted with care, making it a top choice for a delightful breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up. Pistachio Cafe and Plasko's Farm Creamery & Cafe round out my top four. Pistachio Cafe is popular for its impressive array of coffee blends and pastries, while Plasko's Farm provides a charming farm-to-table experience, allowing guests to savor homemade treats in a picturesque setting. Both are fantastic spots for catching up with friends or working remotely. Connecticut's cafe scene not only highlights the love of coffee but also reflects a commitment to quality and community engagement. Whether you are a local or a tourist, these cafes provide an opportunity to enjoy delicious food, unique flavors, and great company.
