Workout split

I got started on my gym journey last year in October, I wanted to post this because the gym has helped me to be active, stay fit, and most importantly become closer to God.

I respect my body because I respect the maker of it! I encourage you to take at least 30 minutes out of your day to move your body and take care of it! You don’t have to complete all these workouts, even just doing half of them is totally okay! Do what fits your schedule!

... Read moreEmbarking on a fitness journey can be transformative, as seen in the experiences shared by many. A workout split is an essential roadmap, breaking down exercises into manageable daily routines that focus on specific muscle groups. For beginners, consistency and gradual progression are pivotal. The outlined weekly plan includes a blend of cardio and strength training: - **Monday: Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps** - Key exercises like incline dumbbell bench presses and triceps pushdowns help build upper body strength. - **Tuesday: Legs** - Incorporating elevated goblet squats and calf raises engages lower body muscles effectively. - **Wednesday: Cardio Focused** - A mix of walking and running intervals enhances cardiovascular health. - **Thursday: Back and Biceps** - Exercises such as lat pulldowns and dumbbell bicep curls develop a balanced physique. - **Friday: Glute Focused** - KAS glute bridges and Bulgarian split squats target glute muscles, essential for overall strength. This structured yet adaptable plan invites individuals to adjust workouts according to their fitness levels and time constraints. Remember, the goal is progressive improvement and listening to your body. Whether you're hitting the gym for 30 minutes or longer, every bit counts! Ultimately, embracing fitness is about respect— for yourself and your body. By following a well-rounded workout split, not only will you stay fit, but you'll also cultivate a positive mindset, reinforcing the connection between physical health and overall well-being.
