These behaviors aren’t acceptable, and acknowledging this helped me understand that my feelings were valid. Seeking help from school counselors or trusted staff members can be a critical step. Sometimes, changes happen only when someone in authority is aware of the situation. If that’s not possible, focusing on self-care outside of school to rebuild your confidence is essential. Lastly, remember that healing is a journey. It took me time to overcome the anger and hurt, but I found strength in turning my experience into motivation to advocate for better school environments where respect and kindness are fundamental.
