... Read moreWhen exploring hair oils for growth, it’s important to consider oils that not only stimulate hair follicles but also deeply nourish the scalp. From my experience, oils infused with natural ingredients like mint or botanical extracts can offer refreshing scalp benefits while boosting circulation. A hair oil like the one noted in the image — a mint-infused product — can invigorate the scalp and help reduce buildup, which is essential for optimal hair growth. Consistency is key, so incorporating an oiling routine 2-3 times a week to massage the scalp helps improve absorption and effectiveness. Also, avoid hair oils with heavy silicones or synthetic fragrances as they may cause buildup or irritate sensitive scalps. Instead, favor lightweight, natural oils such as argan, jojoba, or castor oil mixed with herbal extracts. Lastly, hydration and a balanced diet complement any hair care regimen, so don’t overlook overall health for hair growth. Sharing personal favorites and experiences here helps us all discover what genuinely works for various hair types and concerns.

I do my own oil, coconut, avocado and olive as a carrier, rosemary, clove, mint, batana, castor and jojoba for essential oils. You can add any other of your preference. Save tons of money. But my biggest trick is… ketoconazole shampoo. It stoped my hair loss and a good supplement for hair.
