👩🍳Homemade Chicken Stuffed Shells

Serves: easily 6 people (3-4 shells per person)
•
Ingredients:
-3 Medium chicken breast’s (shredded)
-1 Box (4 cups) Jumbo Shells
-1 Small bag of Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
-1 or 2 Jars of Bacon Alfredo Sauce (based on preferred sauciness)
-1 Cup milk
-Seasonings as follows: Ranch seasoning, italian, garlic and onion powder, paprika, Lowry’s seasoned salt, black pepper

Steps:
-Cook chicken on high in croc pot for 3 hours or until fully cooked and easily shred
(Use a tablespoon of butter in bottom of croc pot so it doesn’t stick. Season with all listed seasonings or season as preferred!)
-Shred Chicken with two forks while in croc pot
-Preheat oven to 425°F
-In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce with a handful of mozzarella, parmesan, and a splash of milk.
-Mix shredded chicken into the bowl.
-Boil shells until al dente (halfway cooked.)
-Strain and rinse shells under cold water (to tolerate touching them while stuffing!)
-With a spoon, place a spoon full of filling inside each shell and place into a greased baking sheet.
-Once shells are stuffed, pour remaining sauce and milk into a bowl.
-Mix in another handful of cheeses to thicken sauce back up.
-Pour sauce over shells ensuring they are all covered.
-Sprinkle more cheese on top!
-Place foil over the pan and bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
-Once it’s done baking, remove foil and broil on high for another 5 minutes.
-After the cheese is golden on top it is ready to serve!

I paired this with a garden salad and italian bread. But, you could make broccoli and garlic bread/knots/sticks to go with it! Make it your own!
