What’s on my registry for baby #2🩷

I’ve finally started the registry for baby girl! This time around we have a lot of the bigger items already since our boy will have just turned 1 when she comes. If there’s anything you think I’m missing or I should add, PLEASE let me know in the comments🥰 #babyregistry #babygirl #babynecessities #babylist #pregnancyjourney

It’s not just about what you need, but what you already have and what truly makes sense for a growing family. My biggest tip? Don't feel pressured to get everything new. We already had essentials like a crib and stroller from our son, which instantly cuts down the list and lets us focus on other priorities. For my baby girl, I focused heavily on items that are either consumables, gender-specific, or things that simply needed upgrading. For feeding, I knew I wanted to stock up on Philips Avent bottles and Bobbie formula, as those worked well for us last time. A good nursing pillow and a reliable milk warmer are also high on my list for those late-night feeds. And honestly, you can never have enough crib bedding – accidents happen, and having extra sets saves so much laundry stress! Diapering essentials are a no-brainer. Diapers, wipes, and a good diaper rash cream are always needed. This time around, I'm making sure to have a dedicated diaper caddy for each floor of the house for ultimate convenience. It's those little organizational tricks that make life with two littles so much smoother. Health and safety items are crucial and sometimes overlooked. Having various health remedies on hand, like a thermometer, nasal aspirator, and infant pain reliever, brings so much peace of mind. And those anti-scratch mittens? Lifesavers for protecting delicate newborn skin from those tiny, sharp nails during the first few weeks. For playtime, a soft baby gym play mat is perfect for tummy time and developing motor skills. And for bath time, I’m looking at gentle baby skincare set options that are free from harsh chemicals. A comfortable glider recliner is also a must for those precious snuggles and feedings in the nursery – a comfy spot for mama is just as important as baby's comfort! Don't forget the little things that make a big difference. Baby bibs, a cozy baby blanket, and a comfortable baby carrier for on-the-go are always useful. I’m also adding a good, gentle laundry detergent specifically for baby clothes. And for mamas, postpartum care products and making sure I have a reliable breast pump are non-negotiable for my own recovery and feeding journey. Things like a birth statistic sign are adorable for photos, but think about what truly serves a daily purpose. Ultimately, a second baby registry is about filling in the gaps, streamlining your routines, and making life easier with two little ones. I hope my list gives you some great ideas for your own journey!
