🍀Match Chia Seed pudding🤍

Going gluten free has been one of the hardest things to do, you miss simple stuff like muffins, pancakes, etc.

This is a delicious and easy breakfast that also is good for digestion. Introducing: Matcha Chia Seed Pudding🌾✨🍄🍀

2 Tbsp Chia seeds

1/2 cup Almond milk

1 tsp matcha (you can add more if desired)

1 tsp honey

Toppings:

Chopped strawberries

Coconut flakes

Honey

I personally make the chia seed pudding the night before so I don’t have to wait😂 I mix the seeds and milk, when combined I stir in the matcha, then the honey. I let it set for 10 minutes so the seeds can gel then I stir one more time and place in the fridge!

I add the toppings the next day so they don’t get soggy🫶#healthybreakfastinspo #glutenfree #healthybreakfastrecipe #chiapuddingrecipe #Lemon8Diary
