These foil packs are sooo good and easy to make!!
I seasoned with:
Minced garlic
paprika
onion powder
Creole
Season All
Salt & Pepper
Mixed the steak, shrimp, potatoes, and broccoli with a lil olive oil and all the seasonings with butter on top. Folded everything tightly in the foil. Pre heated the oven to 425 and cooked for about 30 minutes. 🥩🍤🤤

I absolutely adore foil pack meals, and this Steak & Shrimp Foil Pack with potatoes and broccoli has quickly become a staple in my kitchen! Not only is it incredibly simple to throw together, but the flavors that develop inside those tightly sealed packets are just *chef's kiss*. It’s perfect for those evenings when you want something satisfying without a mountain of dishes afterward. When I first started making these, I was looking for a super fast way to get a full meal on the table, and this recipe delivers every single time. My go-to seasoning blend of minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, Creole, Season All, salt, and pepper creates such a robust and savory base. The paprika adds that lovely color and a hint of sweetness, while the Creole seasoning brings a fantastic kick. I always make sure to really coat everything well – the steak, shrimp, potatoes, and broccoli – with a drizzle of olive oil before mixing in the spices. This helps the flavors stick and ensures everything cooks evenly. What I love most is how versatile this dish is! Just like you see in the "BEFORE" picture with all the fresh ingredients ready, you can easily customize it. While I typically stick to potatoes and broccoli, I’ve also experimented with adding other veggies based on what I have in my fridge. Bell peppers, zucchini slices, or even some fresh asparagus would be fantastic additions. And speaking of additions, if you're looking at the "AFTER" picture, you might notice a piece of corn on the cob – that's a brilliant idea for another vegetable to toss in! It adds a lovely sweetness that complements the savory steak and shrimp perfectly. For best results, make sure your foil packs are sealed tightly. This creates a little steam oven inside, helping the ingredients cook through and keeping everything incredibly moist and flavorful. I preheat my oven to 425°F and usually cook for about 30 minutes, but cooking times can vary slightly depending on how thick your steak pieces are and the size of your potatoes. I always recommend checking for doneness – the potatoes should be tender, the shrimp pink and opaque, and the steak cooked to your preference. These foil packs are also fantastic for meal prepping. You can assemble them in advance and keep them in the fridge until you’re ready to bake. It saves so much time during the week! When it's time to serve, I often just let everyone open their own foil pack right at the table. It's a fun, interactive way to eat, and it means zero serving dishes to wash! Sometimes I'll serve it with a side of fluffy rice or a simple green salad, but honestly, it's a complete meal all on its own. It's truly a winner for an easy, delicious, and convenient dinner!
