A pugs day out

It's truly wonderful to open my home and heart to a sweet pug like Chip! One of Chip's absolute favorite things, which you might have seen in our photos, is enjoying a 'pup cup'! It's such a simple treat but seeing his happy little face as he licks it clean just makes my day. It's a great way to bond and treat him, and it's become a fun ritual for us when we're out and about. Speaking of treats, his 'favorite food: chicken' is no secret. I often use small, cooked pieces as high-value rewards during training, which he absolutely adores. They are also brachycephalic, meaning they have short snouts, so it's crucial to keep them cool in warm weather and monitor their breathing during exercise. Regular grooming helps with their shedding, and those adorable wrinkles need a gentle wipe to keep them clean. But honestly, the love and personality they bring into your life are immeasurable.
