Quick & delicious snack

🍏🍎I noticed we werent eating all our fresh apples quick enough and decided to slice up 4 of them & stewed them! So delicious!

Recipe:

• 4 apples (I used pink ladies)

• 4 tbsp of brown sugar

• 1 tbsp of lemon juice

• 1/8 tsp of nutmeg

• 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch

• 1 tsp of cinnamon

Mix together in sauce pan, cook on medium low heat, occasionally mixed. Cook until apples are tender!!
