I was extremely skeptical about trying this because i’ve never had spaghetti squash, but was pleasantly surprised. This dinner doesn’t taste like squash AT ALL.

Once you've got your perfect squash, the cooking methods are surprisingly simple. While the original recipe might have baked it, I've found a few ways to cook spaghetti squash that suit different needs. Baking is classic: just halve it, scoop out the seeds, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then bake cut-side down at 400°F (200°C) for 30-40 minutes until tender. But for a quicker option, microwaving works too! Prick the whole squash several times with a fork, microwave for 10-15 minutes, then halve and remove seeds.
