Meet my dog🐶: this is booster… he is a purebred husky. We got him for free from my husband’s boss lol. He loves to go on runs … with or without me. This morning we did a nice little 5k run together before work and after chores. I haven’t ran since 7/3 so it felt great to get back out there.

Friday morning workout
Happy Friday! This morning I did a 45 minute full body workout and then ended with 30 minutes on treadmill. I’ve been training myself on trying to run for my cardio so i’ve been doing two minutes running and then one minute walking, so far i’ve been enjoying it. Hope you all have a great weekend! 🫶
