• Read Genesis chapter 47
• Had coffee and a cinnamon crunch bagel for brekky from Panera ( bagel was fire 🔥)
•Lunch was Turkey, spinach, cheddar cheese and banana rings in wasa crackers ( Macro friendly and super yum) I also had sparkling water from TJ and a mango applesauce
• For my PM snack I had crackers, hummus and Strawberries
• After work I had a power crunch bar
• For dinner Hubby made chicken lo mein and I started Heather Robertsons 12 week training program.
