• Gatorade zero of course and a lemon yogurt for snacks
• On my break I usually crave caffeine, so I got a hazelnut soymilk latte from Starbucks

Read moreThroughout my experience on the 75 Soft challenge, I found that incorporating a variety of nourishing foods paired with mindful movement really helped sustain my energy and mental clarity. Starting the day with something like matcha overnight oats not only provides a gentle caffeine boost but also delivers antioxidants and fiber that keep you full longer. Adding raspberries and soymilk adds a fresh and creamy touch without excessive sugar or dairy.
Staying hydrated was crucial, and I often felt the challenge of drinking so much water—sometimes to the point of nearly rushing to find a restroom! But it proved effective in maintaining alertness and flushing out toxins. Gatorade Zero was a smart choice to replenish electrolytes without added sugar, especially on busy workdays.
For lunch or dinner, I enjoyed experimenting with lighter, veggie-forward meals like Greek-inspired “pasta” made with spaghetti squash. Roasted tomatoes and garlic bring vibrant flavors and nutrients, while chicken helps meet my protein needs. I also appreciated having occasional treats like lemon yogurt and a hazelnut soymilk latte, which satisfied cravings without derailing my goals.
Incorporating movement with Pilates improved my physical and mental wellbeing. It’s a gentle way to strengthen the core and improve flexibility without strain, making it sustainable daily practice.
A meaningful aspect that I related to was integrating moments of spiritual reflection. Reading John 15 brought a sense of peace and grounding amid a busy day. Embracing faith can be deeply supportive during any lifestyle change.
Lastly, I supplemented my routine with trusted vitamins such as Mary Ruth’s and Greens Gummies, which provided comprehensive nutritional support beyond food alone.
This holistic approach—combining delicious, nourishing meals, hydration, mindful movement, and spiritual care—helped me stay committed and feel rejuvenated. It’s a reminder that wellness is multifaceted and personal, and small consistent habits really add up over time.
