Accountability must be had for change to come.

I did something I never thought I would do. I hit over 200lbs. I struggle with self love especially with my body. I was always judged when I was younger creating an ED that took me a very long time to recover. I am a mother of four and instead of taking care of my body the healthy way, I just created a different unhealthy relationship with food. But I decided that I would be taking steps to better my health and my love for myself and my body. I’m using this post to give myself something to hold myself accountable. And hopefully find and learn new things from the amazing people here as well!

Exploring resources such as books, podcasts, or professional counseling can provide valuable insights and support your journey. Remember, self-love is a continuous process, and giving yourself grace during tough times is essential. Embrace the change and know that you're not alone in this journey to reclaiming your health and happiness.
