HALLOWEEN BOO BASKET

ITS ABOUT THAT TIME OF YEAR!!!! its always good to get a good head start on gifting … especially on BOO BASKETS 🎃👻🍁 you guys loved my other gift basket posts so i thought this would be perfect for the holiday coming up!! here is a breakdown of each step to ensure you gift the best boo basket they will receive :)

🧺 1. CHOOSE A BASKET

there are several baskets to choose from, but you want to make sure you get one big enough to hold all the goodies inside of it :) the ones in the photo are all from amazon and i think they are nice structured baskets with cute designs that would hold several items!

🛌 2. CHOOSE A BLANKET

picking a blanket is the next step because you will want to line the basket with the blanket. this makes it super cozy and gives it a snug feel. if the blanket were to be folded, it would take up a lot of space - but by lining it, it doesn’t take up as much room, and it adds to the aesthetic of the basket. the ones shown in the photo are all from target!

🍸3. CHOOSE A CUP

i feel like there are so many halloween themed cups and glasses, so there will be a wide variety to choose from. it was honestly difficult for me to choose the best cups to add in the picture haha but if you guys wanna know where any of the glasses are from.. let me know in comments!! you could do any type of cup such as waterbottles, mugs, wine/martini/champagne glasses, tumblers, plastic cups, etc!!!

🕊️4. CHOOSE A PILLOW

a pillow is great centerpiece for the basket and it adds to the coziness. whether it’s a cute ghost, a spooky pumpkin, or a piece of candy corn, the pillow can really tie the basket together. i also like them because the are seasonally reusable and it ensures the person receiving the gift has some holiday decor ;)

🕯️5. CHOOSE A CANDLE

candles are one of my favorite things and they are perfect for when the fall season comes around! they will make the persons house smells good by filling it with holiday/seasonal smells! candles are always a good idea because who doesn’t love candles cmon. im obsessed with the ones i found from goosecreek (as shown in picture) because they have the cutest scents!!! the names are ADORABLE and the graphics on them are perfect. i would LOVE to get gifted any one of these.

🍫6. CHOOSE YOUR CANDY

the candy has to be a holiday appropriate of course so go to the seasonal/holiday section in your nearby grocery store and get the candy you think the person you’re giving the gift to would like the most. i would add about 5-6 things of candy because even if they don’t eat it all they can give it out when trick-or-treaters come by their house :)

👻7. FILL BASKET WITH MORE STUFFERS

theres endless holiday stuff to put in these baskets and i provided a couple pages worth of ideas to help! i tried to bring in some ideas that aren’t commonly thought of and some that i would personally like as a gift.

🎃 EXTRA STUFFERS:

- LIGHTERS: perfect to pair with candles since they will need to light them (halloween themed ofc)

- SLIPPERS: perfect for walking around the house on a cozy fall day

- PJ SETS: to match the slippers and comfy cozy vibe

- EYE MASK: to wear to sleep with the pj sets! i love the one in the picture because it’s cute and funny

- GHOST WINE HUGGER: so adorable and can be reused throughout seasonal parties .. BONUS POINTS if you add a bottle of WINE to it 🥰

- FACE MASKS: these are so cute and would be so relaxing while watching a scary movie and eating popcorn

- BATH SET: the one shown is from ulta and it comes with multiple bath goodies inside of it (gift bag in a gift basket .. lucky lucky person)

- EYE PATCHES: when i saw these i thought they were a must. “DEAD COLD” eye patches like .. that sounds absolutely amazing.

- LIP BALM: who doesn’t need more lip balm .. i love my lip balms. and the message on the packaging is so cute - and TRUE! all of you guys are “BOO”TIFUL <3

- BATH BOMBS: you can find these spooky scented bath bombs at five below!!!! perfect because they are inexpensive, cool shaped, and add to the relaxing vibe.

- CHARCUTERIE BOARD: such a cute gift for the one who throws the holiday parties!!! the one in the picture is shaped like a bat, which i love, but i also saw some that are shaped like coffins, ghosts, and pumpkins.

- COASTERS: good to pair with the charcuterie board and to give more cute spooky vibes!

- SKULL HOT CHOCOLATE BOMB: hot chocolate is one of the best drinks to have during the fall season and adding a skull hot chocolate bomb makes it even better.

- PUMPKIN MARSHMALLOWS: perfect to add with the hot chocolate bomb because these marshmallows replace the regular marshmallows that you would put on top of your hot chocolate.

- HAUNTED HOUSE HOT CHOCOLATE TOPPER: top it off with this topper!!! this pairs with the bomb and marshmallows as you put it on the top of your cup with the hot chocolate inside it. these three will give the person the ULTIMATE hot chocolate .. im drooling just typing about it

- HOLIDAY CREWNECK: such a cute add to the basket .. i love the witch on the nike sign and the skeleton as the “i”

✨ YOU ARE THE BEST PERSON - especially if you made it this far and read everything (just because you want your friends/family to receive the best gift 🥹 how sweet). i GUARANTEE their jaws will drop and they will be so appreciative of what you’ve done. it doesn’t have to be anything big or fancy.. just something that comes from your heart (and halloween themed of course 😉)
