how i continue working out on vacation ✈️

i book a hotel with a gym in it!!! most hotels have some kind of workout area… check it out on their website prior to booking

check out gyms around where you’re going to see if they offer guest day passes and how much they are!

pack everything you may need… in fact OVER PACK!

if all else fails you can walk… scope out a public route since you’re in an unfamiliar place

One effective tip is to book a hotel with a gym, ensuring you have access to workout facilities during your stay. Many hotels provide detailed information on their websites about available workout options. In addition to hotel gyms, consider looking up local gyms that offer guest day passes; this can introduce you to new workout environments and even local fitness classes. Packing the right gear is crucial for staying active on vacation. Don't hesitate to over-pack when it comes to workout clothes and essentials, as being prepared can help you stay committed to your fitness goals. Bringing items like resistance bands or a jump rope can also provide versatility for your workouts. If you find yourself without a gym, remember that walking is always a great exercise option. You can scope out a public route or explore scenic areas in the new city on foot, transforming your sightseeing into a workout experience. Engaging in physical activities during vacation not only keeps you fit but can also enhance your travel experience. Sharing your journey on platforms like Lemon8 under hashtags like #vacationworkout and #workoutmotivation can inspire others while building a supportive fitness community. Whether it’s running on the beach or doing yoga in your hotel room, the key is to enjoy your vacation while staying active.
