I want to thank you for everything that ever happened.
Some events hurt.
Some disappointed.
Some moments make life so dark that it cannot see the way forward.
People often see success.
But rarely saw the war we've been through.
Many people see a smile today.
But never saw a day night to contend with pressure, loss, isolation and a test that almost nobody knew.
But today I understand...
What comes into life is not meant to destroy us.
But come to make us grow
Some wounds are not for recognition.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมพบว่าการเผชิญหน้ากับความเจ็บปวดและบทเรียนที่ชีวิตส่งมาเป็นหนึ่งในกระบวนการที่สำคัญในการทำให้เราเติบโตอย่างแท้จริง ความรู้สึกที่หัวใจหนักอึ้ง หรือช่วงเวลาที่รู้สึกว่าชีวิตมืดมนจนไม่มีทางออกนั้น กลับกลายเป็นแรงผลักดันที่สำคัญชิ้นหนึ่ง ถ้าเรายอมรับและเรียนรู้จากมัน มีคำกล่าวหนึ่งที่สะท้อนกับสิ่งที่ผมได้เจอ คือ “บางแผลไม่ได้มีไว้เพื่อจดจำ แต่มีไว้เพื่อเติบโต” จริงอย่างที่กล่าว เพราะแผลใจบางครั้งปลุกให้เราตื่นขึ้นมาด้วยความแข็งแรงและสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันที่มีค่าให้กับเราเอง ในช่วงเวลาที่เราเผชิญกับอุปสรรค เรามักจะได้พบกับตัวตนที่แท้จริง ที่ยังยืนหยัดแม้ยังมีความหวั่นไหวและความเจ็บปวดซ่อนอยู่ ผมยังได้เรียนรู้ว่าเวลาคือผู้คัดกรองธรรมชาติที่จะค่อยๆ ช่วยให้สิ่งที่ไม่เหมาะสมในชีวิตค่อยๆ หายไปเองโดยที่เราไม่จำเป็นต้องฝืน ผลักไส หรือเจ็บปวดไปกับการเก็บรักษาความโกรธหรือความเสียใจไว้นาน เพราะเมื่อถึงเวลาที่เหมาะสม เราจะกลับมาเป็นตัวของตัวเองที่มีอิสรภาพในการคิด ใช้ชีวิต และตัดสินใจในทางที่ดีที่สุดให้กับตัวเอง บททดสอบทุกอย่างในชีวิตแท้จริงแล้วไม่ใช่การทำลาย แต่เป็นการสร้างพลังภายในให้แก่เรา แค่เราต้องกล้าหาญพอที่จะเผชิญหน้าและยอมรับตัวเองในทุกมุมมอง เพราะเมื่อเราทำเช่นนั้น เราจะสามารถเปลี่ยนบาดแผลเป็นบทเรียน และเปลี่ยนความมืดเป็นแสงสว่างได้อย่างแท้จริง โดยส่วนตัว ผมเชื่อว่าการรักครอบครัว การดูแลตัวเองและการไม่ยอมแพ้ คือหัวใจของความแข็งแกร่งที่แท้จริงในแต่ละวัน ไม่ใช่เพียงแค่ความสำเร็จหรือชื่อเสียงที่ผู้คนมองเห็นภายนอกเท่านั้น ดังนั้นในทุกวันเกิด ทุกการก้าวผ่านช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบาก จึงกลายเป็นโอกาสสำหรับการเติบโตที่ไม่มีวันสิ้นสุด ผมจึงอยากแบ่งปันความเชื่อและกำลังใจนี้ ให้กับทุกคนที่กำลังพบเจอช่วงเวลาท้าทายในชีวิต ขอให้มองเห็นคุณค่าในตัวเอง และเดินหน้าต่อไปด้วยความสงบ ความรัก และพลังในใจ
