Working in dermatology, I'm constantly aware of environmental factors, so a high-quality SPF 50+ is non-negotiable, even indoors, as UV exposure can come from windows! I also swear by an antioxidant serum to combat free radicals and maintain skin health. For those extended clinic hours, I opt for a lightweight, breathable foundation or tinted moisturizer that won't feel heavy or clog pores. A hydrating facial mist is another secret weapon for a quick refresh without disturbing my makeup, especially during a busy afternoon. My makeup philosophy for a clinic day is quick, professional, and subtle. Think natural brows, a touch of lengthening mascara, and a flattering, neutral lip color. The key is using products that hold up well throughout the day and don't require constant touch-ups.
