Here’s my clean girl aesthetic lifestyle in 6 daily rituals:

1. Wake up early-ish

Think glowy SPF, hydrating mist, and a slicked-back bun.

3. Move your body

Whether it’s a walk, pilates, or just stretching with music on—movement clears your energy.

4. Romanticize cleaning

A tidy space = a clear mind. Light a candle. Put on a playlist. Make your bed like it’s a hotel.

5. Nourish intentionally

Think matcha, lemon water, protein bowls, and snacks that feel good.

6. Digital peace

Start your day offline. No doom scrolling. Create before you consume.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about creating calm, clean energy that aligns with who you’re becoming.
