Things I want at my Wedding pt.3
This is my last one lol but I have a few more things I would like at my Wedding!!
📷 Private Vows/ First Touch: I just feel that personal vows are something that should be shared between me and my husband and having an audience is just kinda awkward lol. I also don’t want him to see me so that’s where the first touch comes from.
📷 Private Prayer: Before the send off I want to have a Prayer just me and my husband. I think this is such a great way to start our marriage and again it’s between us and God.
📷 Bible for my Husband : I saw a lady on tiktok do this for her kids and I thought it would be a great gift for my husband. Basically I want to get him a Bible and highlight different verses and write notes and prayers for him during our engagement to give him on our wedding day.
📷 Traditional Cake: I’ve seen a lot of couples do different cakes or just do cupcakes or something and I understand it’s usually a budget thing but personally I LOVE a traditional white hand piped wedding cake.
📷 Custom Jordan’s: My groom wants to wear Jordan’s to our wedding and I told him he can’t wear them until the reception but I thought it would be fun to get Custom Jordan’s for us.
📷 Dog of Honor: We have a German Shepherd and absolutely love her. I would love for her to be a part of our big day. I also want to have my nephew be ring security and I think it would be so cute if she walked with him so they could be like a K-9 police team haha.
📷 Polaroid Guest Book: My brother and SIL did this and I thought it was so fun. Plus it would be a great way to look back and remember everyone. I also know we will both have people at the wedding we haven’t met so it would be a great way to put names with faces.
📷 Wedding Entrance: I have wanted “Bless the Broken Road” be my entrance song for the longest time. I love this song and I have the best vision for it. I want the first verse to play and everyone is just waiting for me to come, then at the chorus right at “and every long lost dream” I’ll have two guys open the doors and that’s when my dad and I walk out. Then at the end of the chorus “and God Bless the Broken Road, that lead me straight to you” is when we will reach then end of the aisle.
