Dublin, Ireland 🍀

... Read moreIf you're wondering where to travel next, let me tell you, Dublin, Ireland, should be at the very top of your list! My recent trip there was absolutely unforgettable, and I can't recommend it enough. For those curious about the best spots, Dublin truly delivers. First off, the history is palpable. Everywhere you look, there are magnificent historic buildings and grand stone castles. I spent hours just wandering, imagining the stories within those walls. A highlight, without a doubt, was visiting the Guinness Storehouse. Even if you're not a huge stout drinker, the experience is incredible – learning about its history and then enjoying a pint with breathtaking views of the city from the Gravity Bar is a must-do. But it's not all history and beer! I discovered the most adorable pink cafe, a true hidden gem. Decked out with pink and white flowers and plush seating, it was the perfect spot for a 'cutesie espresso martini' and some delightful people-watching. If you're searching for "pink cafe Dublin", this is definitely one to seek out for those picture-perfect moments. And let's talk about the food! From hearty traditional Irish fare to modern delights, I enjoyed some of the yummiest food throughout my stay. Think delicious fried eggs for breakfast, savory stews, and fresh local produce. When evening rolled around, it was always 'pub time!' The pubs are the heart of Dublin's social scene, with their cozy interiors, live traditional music, and that unmistakable 'My Goodness My Guinness' charm. For a change of scenery, I ventured out for some 'hiking at Wicklow'. Just a short journey from Dublin, you’ll find breathtaking natural beauty – lush forests and rolling hills that make for an incredible day trip. It’s a fantastic way to experience Ireland's serene landscapes beyond the city buzz. While my focus was on Dublin, for anyone considering a broader Ireland trip, places like Wicklow offer a taste of the country's diverse beauty. As for "Belfast best places to visit", while I didn't make it there this time, I know Northern Ireland has its own unique charm and could be an amazing addition to a future itinerary if you're exploring the whole island. But for now, trust me, Dublin alone offers an incredible adventure. Don't miss out on this vibrant city!
