As a college freshman back home for the summer, my days are filled with casual yet meaningful activities. Every morning begins with a refreshing self-care routine that includes my favorite shampoo and conditioner, ensuring I feel great throughout the day. After getting ready, I often meet friends for spontaneous adventures, like quick mall runs or enjoying a bubble tea from our favorite spot, all while navigating the excitement of summer life. One of my favorite activities is taking leisurely walks, where I can enjoy the outdoors and clear my mind. Staying active is essential, so I make it a point to hit the gym – and you won’t believe how empty it was during some of my visits! Balancing fun with fitness has made my summer rewarding.
