Recipe:

- 5 Eggs

- 1 Cup Diced Sausage

- 2 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese

- 1/3 Cup Melted Butter

- Salt & Pepper

Preheat: 375°

Mix Eggs, melted butter, salt & pepper in a bowl. Add to Muffin Pan, add in your breakfast sausage. Slice Pepper Jack Cheese into 12 pieces. Add ontop of mixture and cook for 8 minutes at 375° Remove from oven, let cool. Enjoy!
