I started practicing my devotionals at the beginning of November, I would just read random books that had verses I knew would speak to me and one of the first ones was the verse in the first pic. I saw that pic just this morning and it reminded me of how far I’ve come in just a few months of strengthening my faith with each stepping stone.
When I went to my late grandma’s church in December I sang the song Mary Did You Know to family and her congregation and the energy that was in the room was beautiful❤️ the pastor’s passed out this long template that gives a reading plan on the Bible that I’ve started and it’s been great! I’ve actually caught myself over reading on accident because of how spicy things get sometimes lol (and I’m just in Genesis)
The relationships I’ve strengthened already with family and friends by just remembering the word even if it’s hard to walk that way just yet, I see myself trying to understand parts of myself that I’ve learned only God pertains the solution to. I know the journey ahead is unimaginable, I know each stone to step will be different and I desire to still walk. Thanks be to God for the blessing to try, and share my living moment❤️
